Pensiero positivo

I want to tell you about a very important aspect that was revealed yesterday during our Stitch‘n’Bitch , but I have to go back to a few days ago.
I observed that sometimes yarn wholesalers offer their remnants to the partecipants of such events as knit-cafè or Stitch’n’Bitch. I tried to ask an important dealer in Turin about this matter. I wrote an e-mail and immediately after, the owner of the firm Emmepieffe Mrs.Ferrero did contact me .She showed interest and was very willing to help us, so she offered us a great variety of yarns, that was the big surprise at our S’n’B!
No need to say we did enjoy it…it was a pleasure to touch, choose, compare colors, and even if we don’t know exactly what to do with them, I believe we’ll knit something out of each ball.
Actually I didn’t think about it, I only meant to share the woolly gift, but Asuka came out with such proposal that we could offer something in return for such generosity as well. We all contribuited to gather up a small sum of money, a total of 100€, that will be given to the fund for the families of the workers who died while working for Thysssen-Krupp.
Thanks to Mrs.Ferrero for her generosity, thanks to Asuka for her initiative, thanks to Angela, Carmela, Maja, Ursula, Manuela, Annalisa for their sincere answer.
See you next time! As usual we will be waiting for you to join us on February 9, saturday, from 10 to 13 am, 8Gallery. We'll comfortably sit down 10 meters further at "Ristorante del Pastificio" Corte della Ristorazione n.63.
I wuold like to put a banner behind us, so any suggestion is welcome!
