L’ultimo pezzo a crochet è arrivato in volo a destinazione, e la mia gratificazione è completa. Ho imparato tantissimo da ogni pattern di questa bravissima designer: ecco la mia Rosa Scarlatta di Elena Fedotova.

Tre anni fa

Nearly three year ago I received this luxurious and precious skein by Francine aka Startare when she came to visit Torino and we personally met each other. Only last week I made a ball from the skein and started this wonderful  shawl.

I must confess that I'm deep into my recurring crocheting mood, and I can’t find a way out from this addiction. It’s like an obsession but I think it gives beautiful results.

Happy with the smooth yarn and a wonderful pattern, I’m ready to hook the next forlorn skein!

Dopo il nebbione di ieri stamattina salgo sul tetto senza grandi aspettative se non quella di trovare uno sfondo ed un po’ di luce per fotografare l’ultimo pezzo all’uncinetto appena finito. Ed ecco la meraviglia! Un saluto al sole speciale, un risveglio dello spirito e del corpo.

Yesterday it was so foggy that this morning, when I went up the roof to take pics of my latest crocheted shawl, I didn’t have high  expectations. And here is the wonder! A special greeting to the sun, to awaken the spirit and body.
